- GMGaby MDec 30, 20251.0This is one of the worst locations that I have visited. It always seems like you are bothering the employees. Not willing to help you, and ignore you once the phone rings. Instead of saying, "excuse me a minute" and placing the call on hold. Drive further to another store.

When I arrived, I was told the order hadn’t even been picked yet. The employee said she needed to help other customers before assisting me, and when I chose to grab the items myself, she was visibly frustrated and had an attitude the entire time. To top it off, she wouldn’t even provide a box for my $150 order. This was easily one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. Very disappointed.

Switched to a non-L'Oreal line to buy directly just so I don't have to debate an underpaid retail worker for supplies that pays my bills every time I walk through the door.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?
In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
What is SalonCentric's return policy for store purchases?
Store purchases can be returned to any SalonCentric store with a valid receipt. Items worth $150 or less ordered online can also be returned to the store within 90 days, excluding electrical items and shears which must be returned within 60 days with the original receipt. Refunds are processed as SalonCentric gift cards.
