    Kelly has horrible customer service skills. I have been a customer for 30 years. She has ruined the image of the business. I will never spend a dime there again

    They were closed randomly on a Thursday at 3:46pm. Really frustrating when you drive out of your way and all you see when you get there is a small note on the door saying “closed, be back tomorrow” 😡

    "No" should be a sufficient answer to why I don't want a credit card. I don't care about the "benefits". Switched to a non-L'Oreal line to buy directly just so I don't have to debate an underpaid retail worker for supplies that pays my bills every time I walk through the door.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears). Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.

Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?

In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
