  Unfortunately, it was not a pleasant visit - outside of the massage itself - and left a lot to be desired/reminisced. It was very disappointing compared to a prior experience some 10-15 years ago. Firstly, the amount of mold and filth across the facilities was absolutely horrendous. Upon arriving, I would love to sit for a few minutes to decompress from the outside noise, eating a cookie and drinking some infused water - neither of which were there. Before my massage, I usually like to stretch and relax - even having been told years ago to come into the sauna for 10-15 min before any massage to allow a better / deeper massage of the knots. Yet at check in, I was told the sauna has not been in working condition since COVID. After my massage, I like to wash away the layers of oils and lotion the masseuse uses during the service. However, I found the waterfall showers to be in a dungeon-like hallway (when it used to be dimly lit to continue a lovely spa ambiance). Then, walking through, I found a young woman cleaning the middle shower and seemed put off that I was there trying to use a shower - vs friendly and helpful. I went to the last shower at the end of the hall to try and stay out of her way, but noticed the layer of filth in corners and on the light switch itself, plus there wasn’t any shampoo or conditioner in either of the showers she wasn’t cleaning. Plus, I didn’t feel comfortable showering in there with her spraying cleaning chemicals around so, I went to the steam shower, turned the steam function on, readied the towels & entered the shower, only to find there to not be any products at ALL - soap or shampoo or conditioner! I had to then get covered back up to walk back to the waterfall showers - to disturb the girl again - & grab the soap. I returned to the steam shower to clean off & wash both my body and hair with soap, but once I turned the shower off and dried off/wrapped my hair, I noticed the condition of the shower!! There was heavy black mold in several corners of the shower. I then returned to the locker room, and found there to not be any hair styling products like have been provided in the past. So not only did I not have the cookies and cucumber water that used to be provided in the waiting room, not have a sauna to sit in to allow for the most effective massage, have to shower in a filthy mold-filled shower in which I had to wash my hair with soap, but now I can’t fix my hair either with no hair dryer, hairbrushes, Bobby pins, hair ties, styling gel or hairspray, nor apply any deodorant. It’s kind of jaw-dropping that the prices have not decreased at all the reflect the new level of ‘service’ at your location, but all the amenities which made visiting Mario Tricoci a truly wonderful experience have vanished. Yuki did do a nice job with the massage - probably a 3.5 out of 5, but the rest was sad and in no way felt worth the cost of nearly $200.

  Nadia did an incredible job on my highlights — I couldn’t be happier with the results. She was professional, efficient, and genuinely kind throughout the entire appointment. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for color services, and I will definitely be returning to her in the future. The overall salon experience was just as impressive. The space was clean and well-maintained, and the atmosphere was welcoming and positive. The salon assistants were attentive and checked in on me during my service, which I truly appreciated. The front desk staff were also friendly and helpful during both check-in and check-out. Overall, it was an excellent experience from start to finish.
