- KKKMMar 11, 20262.0I went to buy a product at the Sephora counter and was urged to just go to self checkout because I didn’t want to sign up for something and me saying no hurts their numbers. I think it’s inappropriate to ask a customer to go to a different register in an entirely different part of the store just because they don’t want to give out personal info to make a simple purchase.
