- KRKailyn RandleJun 18, 20251.0A rude, intimidated little girl works here. I was browsing makeup when this worker comes to the aisle to help another customer. She didn’t say excuse me or a word when she reaches over & was close to the point I had to move over. Didn’t ask if I needed help or anything, literally not a word. I took it upon myself to go to the counter with makeup to get a sample for her to literally walk off, turn her head & go back to the customer she was talking to. Nobody else was in the store. This is the exact mean girl/passive aggressive energy that is present in most beauty jobs. A person who acts like this with strangers they feel a way about for whatever reason should not be in customer facing roles.

The entire time we were looking around we were being FOLLOWED and WATCHED and not once were we asked if we needed help. This is totally UNACCEPTABLE and it seems as if we were being profiled. I will NEVER come here again. We felt extremely uncomfortable.

I finally ran into Sylvia who knowledgeable and about foundation but kept saying "I would not rexoomned this for 40+ skin" I am not 40 and know for sure I do not look over 40 but she mentioned this several times and I said I am not 40 yet and she said but you're close though. This is like going into a gym and having an instructor say I don't rexoomned this work out for 250 pounds plus. It's just rude and tasteless and unprofessional.
