She didn’t ask me if a wanted a bag for a couple cents more, that would’ve been at least thoughtful considering I had quite a few things. Her facial expressions were very meh.

When I filled out all the information that was required to sign up… the lady told me it takes a day for the system to take in my whole information, so I didn’t get a discount the day of. I went home the same day and downloaded the app to see if the registration went through. I was never signed up for it! I had to do all the steps all over again. And I do get a same day discount for registration!Bad customer service!

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?
In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.

Store purchases can be returned to any SalonCentric store with a valid receipt.
