I have never had a bad experience there! Everyone is so friendly and goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. From the techs to the front desk staff, the entire experience is amazing!! I highly recommend Willow and Birch to everyone!! Great staff, reasonable prices and warm friendly atmosphere!! Love it!!
- AAAl6 days ago1.0My stylist (who I actually adore) was 15 min late which was no big deal! But after cutting my hair and blow drying it, they didn’t style my hair.. I left with blow dried poofy hair. Never had that happen before at a salon. The receptionist also told me there was nothing that could be done about it.. Had to drive 30 minutes back home to curl my own hair 🥲

I walked in as a short haired brunette and came out a curly blonde! Jessica my stylist, was awesome. I was fortunate she had a cancellation so I was able to get everything I needed in just one trip.This was a hard day for me and she was the bright light I needed! They have several wigs in stock. They also have a lovely boutique.
