  I booked a deep tissue massage with Anna as a gift for my mom, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. Since I’m out of state, I called to see if I could pay in advance. Several other massage and spa places I contacted refused and said payment had to be made in person. This place, however, kindly allowed me to pay over the phone so I could surprise my mom. They don’t have online payment either, but they were still accommodating and made the process so easy. That level of customer service really stood out to me. My mom said Anna’s deep tissue massage was amazing. She regularly checked in about pressure and adjusted based on feedback, making sure my mom was comfortable the entire time. She felt extremely relaxed, light, and refreshed afterward. For context, my mom has had massages in different 2 states other than IL but she said this one in Springfield, IL was the best she’s experienced so far, truly worth every penny. Highly recommend.

  Made a reservation a week ago to get to the appointment and wait an hour then was told they’re too busy???!! I was pissed they didn’t even offer me a new time or anything and on top of that they weren’t even directing the info to me who actually booked the appointment they were telling this to my husband like HELLO??? These people are unprofessional and have poor English and lack of communication! 2/19/26***update It was a nice gesture to reach out but of course when I called the number given no answer and I left a message no reply and even waited a lil bit and called today still no answer. I don’t know what I was thinking giving benefit of the doubt should’ve been not even on the list !

  Worse waiting experience I’ve had for a massage. Waited 30 minutes and had one person talk to us. I will not come back to this location after this experience

  Dont go here go somewhere. I have schedule couples massage at 5PM we were there at4:45PM they had us waiting for 45 minutes.

  Im a new customer and scheduled with Cindy because of great reviews and she wasn’t available when I got there. Luckily I got Amy, one of the best 80 minute deep tissue massages I’ve ever got. I will definitely be back, but when I schedule an appointment with Amy, I expect Amy. Thanks
