  I've been going to Janice for at least 10 years for all my waxing and facials. She's the best! I recommend her to everyone. Not only is she good at what she does, she is so friendly. The world needs more people in client-facing roles like her.

  I love coming to this location because of Janice Jenkins. I can’t believe she will be celebrating her 15th year anniversary. I’ve been coming for years and now bring my two girls. Would not be coming here if it wasn’t for her!

  All I can say is awful. I have had many blow drys over the years and needed a last minute one. My family friends who all come here told me to try them. The girl who blow dried my hair fried my hair and I left looking like I had dry damaged hair. She kept spraying my hair with hair spray the entire blow dry. Asked her for just straight with volume which seemed very simple but again no volume just dry hair. I have never been anywhere where they spray that much hair spray. Like I said so much the small pieces of my bangs dried off. Then the manager tells me she will talk to the other manager who will call me but yet I never got a single call. I will never being stepping foot back in that salon and not that it matters to them but neither will my friends who sent me after them not doing anything about it. They even asked me to send pictures and I did but zero response.
