- JJJ6 days ago5.0I went in today with my friend and had such a lovely experience. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They were patient with us as and eager to help as we inquired about literally every single product :). Oops. We couldn't help it; everything is just so good. Thank you again. I also learned that this location in particular stands firm in their values. At a time when standing on the right side of history could be bad for business, Lush stands firm in their integrity and support for the humanity and dignity of all. Thank you for upholding moral clarity and courage, both with your words and also your actions. I will be sending all my friends to this location to support!

It’s a special treat when I get to go to a brick and mortar store.. The smell alone is worth the trip. This particular trip I was in Evanston visiting my daughter. Bret, the young man that helped me, and gave me first class customer service, and we had fun! Lush is LUCKY to have an employee that knows the answer to every question! BRAVO LUSH Old Orchard! I am coming back specifically to have Bret help me again!
