  I'm a trail runner and I've been getting Massages for over 30 years and now I've been going to this tricoci location for over a year. I get the absolute best Massages and will not go anywhere else. ADESSA gives the most awesome massage; relaxing, relieving tense muscles, and de-stressing (is that even a word?) I can't say enough about her - Adessa is top notch!! If you need a massage, GO SEE HER!

  This was my first time getting a facial ever in my life. To start this journey, I decided to book a custom RX facial with Kasha. She was very sweet, gentle with her hands and firm when she needed to be (like around the shoulder area). Kasha, made me feel comfortable and gave me a few tips for my skin type. I definitely with be booking y next hydro facial deluxe soon.

  I would advise against booking with Iliana. She seemed nice, but my experience was bad. The first thing I said was that I do not want *any* dye on my roots. I explained that I’m growing out my natural hair, so I just wanted to try to make the bottom dyed portion match my roots a little bit better. I’m aware that dyeing the bottom without dyeing the roots can result in a visible line, but I have no issue with that since there was already a visible line in between my roots and other hair. My second request was that I want permanent dye. Iliana insisted that demi permanent hair color is better for my hair texture and color. I said that I understand that, but that it’s not worth it to me to spend a large sum of money on demi permanent dye (indicating that I’d just leave and was ok with that). She was insistent that the demi would work, and started preparing the dye so I felt like I had to just accept paying for something that would fade immediately. She did reduce the total cost from $70 to $55, but I never would have chosen to pay for demi permanent hair dye. She applied dye to the right side of my head (just on the dyed portion as I had requested), and then she said she had to “go rinse someone else out” and left for 26 minutes. This seemed way too long for dye to be sitting on half of my hair since the dye was only supposed to be on my hair for 15 minutes total. She came back and applied dye to the left side of my head, and then told me that she’d be back in 15 minutes to wash it out. She returned almost 25 minutes later. She announced that she was going to put dye on my roots for a minute to make them blend in with the rest of my hair. I repeated that I did not want any dye in my roots. She said that it would just make my hair shiny and that it wouldn’t be in my hair remotely long enough to leave any trace of color. I was not comfortable, but apparently wasn’t permitted to say no. She put the dye in my roots and then walked away for SEVEN minutes. I felt like I was going to cry. I’ve spent over a year growing out my roots and I feel like she just threw away all my progress towards growing out my natural color. I was on track to have it grown out for several important events that I really want to look good for in a couple years, and I feel like that has been taken away from me. I know that demi permanent dye is supposed to wash out, but it has always left a permanent gross orange/yellow tint everytime I’ve used it. I’m heartbroken. I think Iliana was just really attached to her idea of what would look good on a short term basis, but she ignored everything that I requested. I tried to be assertive and she repeatedly overruled me. This isn’t a big deal, but she also used very cold water to rinse out my hair. I chose not to pay for blow drying, and she told me I had to dry a section of my hair so that we could see the color before I left. This was frustrating because I prefer not to use heat on my hair, and because it had somehow taken 90 minutes to receive hair dye that has a 15 minute processing time and I really just wanted to go home to be sad. (I have a small amount of hair I’ve never had it take remotely close to 90 mins at any other salon). I found the lady at the front desk to be very professional and likable.
