  Eva and Mehwish did a perfect and professional job with waxing, highly recommend both ladies. Very thorough and detailed explanation of aftercare to maximize waxing results. Additionally, Samantha shines with her blowout technique. She takes her time when washing and detangling your hair, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant experience. Samantha takes her time to section your hair and blow it out gently, her work is efficient AND precise.   It's been a month I went to this salon, I never write negative reviews but when ever i see my self its forcing me to do this, first they ask me to come other day because I have long hair it takes times somehow I said I can't because I have baby, they start my haircut and it turns soo bad no shape, no flicks, no volume, its just that I loose my length and nothing..

  I’ve been seeing Nicole and George at the Old Orchard Salon for several years and trust them completely. I especially trust Nicole with her color strategy; she knows when to go lighter for summer and how to shift tones with the seasons so it always feels fresh and flattering. George truly understands curly hair, which makes all the difference in how my style falls and holds. They’re both incredibly talented, and their personalities make every appointment something I look forward to.

  I’ve been going to Evgeniia for a while now, and I can honestly say she’s an excellent hairstylist. She’s very friendly, professional, and truly listens to what her clients want. She works quickly but never sacrifices quality, and her haircuts always have beautiful shape and a modern look. She clearly stays up to date with current trends in cuts and styling. She works with my whole family — me, my husband and my kids — and she does an amazing job with everyone, whether it’s a boy’s haircut or a special occasion style for a girl. She’s very versatile, punctual, and never pushes her own opinion. But if you’re unsure what you want, she gives thoughtful advice and really helps you decide. I highly recommend her.

  ****updated review*** I would like to update my previous review and sincerely thank the team and the manager for taking the time to address the concerns I had shared. I truly appreciate that they reached out to me personally and gave me the opportunity to come back and have my hair redone. That level of customer care means a lot. I worked with Giana, and I am very happy with the results. She dedicated a great amount of time and attention to detail throughout the entire process. She carefully corrected the previous brown patches and ensured the color was much better blended. During the coloring, toning, and even while blow-drying my hair, she was consistently checking strand by strand to make sure everything looked even and seamless. The final result looks significantly improved, the balayage is much more diffused, and the overall finish feels polished and professional. I’m grateful for the effort, patience, and commitment to making things right. Thank you again to the whole team for standing behind your work and prioritizing client satisfaction.
