- VVVivian2 days ago5.0I never got this employee’s name unfortunately but they used she/they pronouns and had bleached brows, and she was an absolute sweetheart! I asked for a bandage because I had fallen down the stairs on my way to the mall, and they brought out literally three different sized bandages along with two single-use packets of antibiotic ointment just in case. If that isn’t 10/10 customer service, I don’t know what is. If a manager is reading this and knows who that wonderful employee was, please send them my thanks again!

The store is packed with girls too young to be shopping for skin care and makeup. It's incredibly crowded and the line is very long. I squeezed around for a while looking for a new face mask and gave up on buying what I found when I saw how long the line was. I will not be shopping at Sephora in person. It used to be a treat and now it's a chaotic mess.

My employee approached him politely to request lowering the music due to complaints from our customers about loud noises emanating from your store. Instead of addressing the concern respectfully, Sergio was aggressive, pointing fingers in her face and threatening with harassment if any of my employees ever walk into the store going forward. He stated that each member of my team will be banned from entering Sephora ever again! This is not how you handle the situation dear Sergio and team Old Orchard. I was shopping at Old Orchard location for over 20 years, you lost me and my business for good. To the upper management, train your people to handle issues with respect towards others instead of belittling every single employee that was looking for solution that your store is causing!!
