I was picking up my order earlier in day, and all the employees were avoiding me or pretending like I was a security guard at the door. Because no one asked if I needed help. So I walked up to the counter to ask for help and this rude employee Sergio told me that I wasn't patient enough. Maybe this place should practice what Bath and Body works and have a greeter at the door. I will never go back to this location because how I was treated by Sergio the manager.

Sergio (the manager at old orchard location) came to help, however he was very rude to me stating that I didn’t wait long enough and I need to be patience. The store has customers inside, however I saw 4 or 5 employees just walking around the store and they weren’t even helping any customers. So I am a bit confused why I couldn’t get help. I will not be shopping at that location anymore.

I asked for a shade match and walked out looking like Casper’s cousin five shades too light like it was done on purpose. How are you selling makeup when you can’t even match skin tones? The arrogance with the incompetence is wild. Horrible experience. I’m done.
