  Tricocci always does an amazing job! Rashida is the best!! I’ve been going to her now for the last 3 years and she always gets it right and is awesome at layering. Highly recommend

  This place is amazing! It was my first time coming to this location and I was nervous to get my hair done but the staff were so nice and helpful. Gigi did a beautiful job on my hair and it was exactly what I wanted! Harmony did an amazing job with my hair cut and I walked out feeling so beautiful :) I will definitely be coming back!!!

  I wanted to share feedback about our recent visit for my daughter’s first facial. The estheticians were absolutely wonderful — kind, professional, and made her feel comfortable. We truly appreciated their care. Unfortunately, our interaction at the front desk was very disappointing. The receptionist was dismissive, rolled her eyes during our conversation, and seemed visibly annoyed when I had a question regarding a gift card. The interaction felt unwelcoming and unprofessional. This was meant to be a special experience for my daughter, and even she commented on the receptionist’s attitude as we left. It took away from what should have been a positive memory.

  I have been going to the Schaumburg Tricoci salon for years now, almost 20+ years. Over the years I noticed how everything just seems to be declining and getting worse. I would not recommend this salon to anyone anymore. Back then the prices were starting $35 for a haircut. Now it's starting at 90 bucks. They say they have all inclusive pricing, it's online. No surprises. Let me tell you, it's a lie just to get you in the door! Online it says no charge for blowouts, long, thick, curly hair, etc. The stylist Kacie (very rude and unprofessional by the way) told me "a haircut for short hair is 90 bucks. Your hair is curly so it should be double that." She took me 20mins late (I was there even 10mins early for the appointment), told me she can't blow dry my hair straight because she has only 30mins (even though I requested extra time that was supposed to be no charge. It's not my fault you ran over, it wasn't even busy). She tried to blame the front desk for not booking the extra time. Lies I'm sure, because I told them 3x, bc she used this excuse before. She wanted to charge me $130 (not including tip), her rate is 90, and was super rude. She is always rude, I went to her before, just average work too. It's clear her and most people there don't have a passion for hair. Just doing it to get a paycheck and just see as many people as they can. No difference than Supercuts but at a much higher rate. I been going to different people to find someone who can cut well. Anytime I find someone good they end up leaving. Luckily the manager put me with another person (unfortunately she wasn't great either, clearly no experience dealing with curly hair, also tried to charge extra... again no "all inclusive price"). The only good things about the salon is the managers Shahira and Maddy. Both were super nice, took care of me, and treated me well. I am grateful for both of them. Shahira even sat next to me and talked to me while I was getting my haircut. She has similar hair so I think she understood my frustration. Maddy recommend a stylist to me which I may check out, but honestly I don't think I will. This wasn't the first time I have to deal some kind of dissatisfaction at this place. Over the years this place changed for the worst. They aren't professional, the stylists aren't great, average at best, there is toxic and mean girl energy about the place. It's not what a "high end" salon should look like. I can see they don't respect management or clients even. Literally making rude comments in front of clients or about them even. Not diverse. Most don't seem know how to deal with any other than short, straight hair it seems. I thought paying more would mean you're getting better quality and service but clearly that isn't the case.
