    I had a wonderful experience! This review is for Audrey. She was so sweet and kind, and went out of her way to find the Dior Hypnotic Roller Pearl perfume bottle for me that is not being sold at many other Sephora locations and other cosmetics stores in the Chicagoland area. They only carried the au de toilette perfume bottle. Woodfield Mall is the only location to date that has it. She was amazing and she took alot of her time to make sure she found it for me and I’m so grateful for that. I will come back to her again. Please give her a bonus or a raise! This review was from my visit there about 2 weeks ago. Thank you so much!

    Unique was so helpful and informative while helping me pick out the perfect tinted moisturizer to best match my skintone! She was super funny and charming to talk with while giving me my skin analysis so I really appreciate that! Shoutout to Unique! <3

    I brought my child into Sephora at Woodfield Mall for her very first visit, and even though we’re from Peoria, IL, Unique and Sarah made it an experience we’ll never forget. From the moment we walked in, they made my daughter feel seen, important, and completely comfortable. I shared that she’s just starting to wear makeup because she’s performing, and they truly listened. Unique explained skincare and ingredients in a way that was easy to understand, focusing on keeping her skin healthy at a young age, while Sarah found the perfect shade, blush, and techniques that made her makeup pop without being too much. They also helped us choose a gentle, fragrance-free pharmacy balm makeup remover that my daughter absolutely loves—she keeps talking about how good it makes her skin feel. Instead of feeling overwhelmed, my daughter left confident, excited, and glowing. You can tell they genuinely love what they do. Such an amazing first Sephora experience—we can’t wait to come back.

    I’ve struggled with really bad acne, and from the moment I walked into Sephora, Unique completely changed how I felt—not just about my skin, but about the entire journey ahead. I walked in overwhelmed, unsure, and honestly tired of feeling like my skin was a problem. Unique immediately greeted me, picked up on how overwhelmed I was, and stepped in with such calm confidence that I instantly felt at ease. She took the time to explain that while I’m on Accutane prescribed by my dermatologist, I didn’t have to suffer or overload my skin with harsh products. Instead, she walked me through a mild, barrier-repair skincare routine, breaking down ingredients in a way that actually made sense. Nothing felt rushed, pushed, or salesy—just genuine care. What stood out most is that she’s an esthetician herself, so everything she shared was grounded, realistic, and knowledgeable. She was cool, understanding, and never judgmental. We were laughing, cracking jokes, and talking like best friends, which made the experience feel so human and safe. She made me feel confident, hopeful, and excited instead of discouraged—and that’s rare. She even went above and beyond by recommending an esthetician she personally trusted who used to work at Sephora and is now full-time at Hand & Stone. That level of honesty and care shows how much she truly wants people to succeed in their skin journeys. This was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had inside Sephora. Because of Unique, I feel empowered, educated, and genuinely excited to start this next chapter. I can’t wait to come back and continue my journey—this experience meant everything
