    Jennifer was absolutely amazing! She helped me find my perfect shade match and made sure I knew about the promotion going on, which I really appreciated. I was nervous coming in, but she took the time to explain everything and helped me achieve the exact look I was going for. She’s so knowledgeable and made the whole experience feel easy and comfortable. I’ll definitely be coming back to see her!

    I walked into the sephora and 5 seconds after i walked in Unique asks me if im part of the "Bieber cult" and after i told her i use rhode skincare she told me "maybe thats why you have all of that on your face" and pointed to my acne scarring. She was trying to advertise herself as a licensed esthetician and was trying to help me when no where did i say I needed help regarding my acne, or any help in general!!!!! Along with this, unnecessarily bashing products that sephora sells. So insanely disrespectful and a great way to make me feel so insecure!

    I went into the Woodfield location and nobody acknowledged me at all! One associate ran right into me and didn’t even say excuse me, because I guess I’m invisible at Sephora. Two others were talking to each other and both gave me mean looks as I walked by. I WAS going to ask for help but decided not to after those looks. I needed help and skincare recommendations but I was ignored by everyone.I had a $200 gift card and wanted to buy some things. I ended up buying only 2 small things that I needed to refill. But apparently, if you’re a teenager, the sales associates are practically fighting over you with each other. Every single teenage girl in there was getting helped by someone. Or if you’re a woman with her teenage daughter also, you get lots of help. I came in after a workout in some yoga pants and my heavy coat because it’s cold outside. I had no makeup on and my hair was covered up by a hat. Maybe I didn’t look nice enough to get acknowledged. Whatever the case, it’s uncalled for and rude. When the cashier rang my things up, she asked if anybody helped me and I told her that nobody acknowledged me and I wish somebody would’ve helped me because I needed help. She didn’t even acknowledge what I said and continue to ring me up. She also had a lot of attitude. No smiles and was very condescending. I have a Sephora credit card and I’m really thinking of closing it. This whole experience left the worst taste in my mouth. I don’t know if it’s just this location or if all Sephoras have become this way. I remember days when everybody that worked there was so kind and helpful. I don’t know what’s happened. If this store had mystery shoppers, they would fail miserably.

    I went in yesterday and Sarah was helping me find a new mascara and I loved it!! So kind and sweet and loved her vibe.

    Not sure who it was but a manager was extremely unhelpful and rude. I had a customer service person on the line with me asking her to help me with a return that should have been processed based on the date that the other Sephora had told me. As well as the website had changed the date to one day sooner for holiday returns- which is what I was originally told and going by. She refused to cooperate with the customer service agent from Sephora on the phone with me, and it was a terrible experience.
