- BBBeccaDec 2, 20255.0I had been going to Ideal Image in Schaumburg for Botox until they recently closed and were sold, so I needed to find a reliable new place. I just had my first appointment at Renaissance Med Spa, and it was such a great experience! Elyse, who handles scheduling, was amazing from the start. She’s incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely tries to help you save money wherever she can. While I was waiting, she talked with me and we realized we had a lot in common, which made the whole visit feel even more personal and comfortable. The staff has such a close, family-like vibe, and since they’ve been open for over 15 years, you can trust that they’re established and not going anywhere, they truly make you feel like part of their family right away! Nurse Thao did my injections, and she was fantastic! She’s extremely knowledgeable and took the time to go over everything with me, helping me decide exactly where the injections would give me the best results. Her confidence and expertise made me feel completely at ease. I’m so happy to have found Renaissance Med Spa after Ideal Image closed. The service, the people, and the atmosphere were all wonderful. If you’re looking for a place to get Botox or other treatments, or a new place to go after Ideal Image, you should definitely go to Renaissance Med Spa!

From the moment I walked into the office , I was greeted by a warm and professional staff who made me feel welcome. Jamie Lagona was exceptional! She took the time to explain the procedure thoroughly. The treatment included lidocaine for comfort, and I appreciated how gentle and precise the injection process was. The results were very natural looking and my lips appeared fuller and more defined. If you’re considering lip fillers, I highly recommend Renaissance Med Spa and Jamie!

I’m in my 60’s & have received many compliments on my skin. My skin is much smoother with less lines & wrinkles giving me a more lifted appearance. After my treatment yesterday I needed to stop at Crate & Barrell for a gift, the sale woman who was older than me told me I had beautiful skin! I was shocked, no make-up on, kinda red from the treatment but grateful for the compliment! Thanks to all the staff for making me look good & feel so special!
