Customer service in this store sucks, had questions but literally no one greeted us or even tried to ask if everything went alright during check out.
Actually bought a body butter bar that had almond oil in it, which I’m allergic to. It wasn’t shown on the label sign next to it in the store so some help would’ve been nice. Won’t be coming back here.

I was supposed to write this review a month ago like I promised. But I'm finally doing it. Me and my girlfriend were in woodfield mall about a month ago. Never heard of lush, walked in because it had the whole area of the mall smelling good. ERICA provided quite literally the best service I've ever experienced in any store EVER. I pride myself as excellent when it comes to my customer service skills but she's got me beat for sure. I wish there was an ERICA in every single store I go to. I knew nothing about skin care before going in there. I've done research here and there but it's so much conflicting and confusing information out there. ERICA spent 2 and a half hours with me and my of finding the right products for each of us and teaching me all the things about skin care I didn't know and found confusing. She was crazy friendly but also as someone who served 12 years in the army she was one of the most aware civilians I've ever met in my life. She always knew when someone was exiting or leaving the store even with her back turned. She always knew when someone was checking out and some how what they bought it seemed. Whatever Lush is paying her, whatever her title is, her working at the store level is not enough. She's worked there 4 years and is one of the most knowledgeable people I've interacted with on one category of products as well as the company itself. I will actually be back later this week to buy some more stuff.

Former customer. My grandparents immigrated here legally and worked hard to do things the right way.
Watching a foreign based company weigh in on American immigration politics while ignoring victims is incredibly offensive. I won’t be supporting this brand again.

This past evenings visit to the store reinvigorated my lust for LUSH, and reminded me why I probably have spent a cool $10,000 in the stores since discovering them at the downtown Chicago location in 2005 and then when they opened a location closer to me in the Macy’s in Oak Brook Center in I believe 2009. Everyone knew my name there, and the customer service was remarkable, it was amazing. Fast forward to last night to the best location, Woodfield. I went in with a concern, and something I have never dealt with, concerning any of their products. I explained to a couple sales associates that my tub of Sympathy For The Skin (my favorite) had liquified and there also was a sticker with no date or a picture of who made it. All I wanted to know is whether I was able to bring it in and exchange it or not. I believe I was speaking to one of the managers, because she asked what size it was, and I told her it was an 8.4oz, and she immediately took it off the shelf and rang it up. She then asked if I wanted a bag. I asked if I should bring in the defective product, and she said I could throw it away. This right here is a company that fully stands behind what they sell wholeheartedly, and the only reason why I’ve been shopping with them since they came to Illinois. Now that they have changed their location within the mall, and expanded, LUSH Woodfield is where it’s at. And I truly wish I got that managers name, because she’s going to be the reason why I spend another $10,000 at LUSH. Kudos to excellent customer service and satisfaction on February 27 at approximately 4:00PM. I will definitely be back!
