I was trying to explain that I just wanted a cleanup — I had a hard part on one side and the previous cut was shaped more square around the sides to avoid a rounder look. Instead of working with me or asking clarifying questions, Elsa was visibly irritated and repeatedly told me I was confused. When she suggested “blending” as the solution, I agreed, trusting her expertise. Unfortunately, the result was a rounder shape and a ruined hard part — exactly what I didn’t want. I didn’t argue with her about the cut, because I understand this is a value haircut chain, and I wasn’t expecting perfection. But what really bothered me was how I was treated throughout the entire appointment. From the start, her tone was curt and impatient. She kept telling me to “relax” in a way that felt condescending, as if I was the problem for trying to explain what I wanted. At the end, when I looked in the mirror, she pointed out the results with an attitude that made it clear she was frustrated. I chose not to engage and just left quietly. I normally don’t write reviews, but this interaction felt disrespectful enough to warrant one. I still recommend this location overall and will continue coming here, but I’ll be requesting a different stylist moving forward.
