- Y1Yenny 1309Oct 22, 20255.0I was honestly surprised today. Usually, the employees at this Sephora location are rude, unhelpful, and don’t seem interested in assisting customers. But today was different! I’ve met this girl Jenny a couple of times now, and she’s something special. She’s always friendly, helpful, and genuinely happy to talk with customers. I always end up shopping more because of her, she makes the experience enjoyable! Today, I feel she truly deserves the highest praise for her great attitude and customer service. Sephora needs more employees like her! Thank you, Jenny, for always being so kind and amazing!

I waited over 5 mins in an empty store and then the worker finally came over and really asked if I was ready to check out. No I am just standing here in this hot store right on the register for fun

Was standing at the checkout while the store was empty waiting while they were in the middle of a conversation about their boyfriends. My email didn’t work at first and she said “oh” and then proceeded to not ask for it again or help so I didn’t get my points. No thank you or smile or come again, nothing. Very disappointed and wish I didn’t go through with my purchase. Will only be going to ulta or ordering online before I get treated like that again.

I was not able to use my Sephora gift card, you can only use them at freestanding stores, ones that aren't located inside of another store. I bought Fenty beauty foundation, it cost me $44 and some change, haven't used it yet. I think they will sell anyone's line of makeup if they have a social media presence. They have a setup like Hollywood studio set for makeup, but not the professionalism to match the decor. The employee was nice, but it took 15mins for me to get rung up. This is a store for teenagers. I've had much better shopping experiences at ULTA.
