    Always a wonderful experience! The ladies are always helpful and knowledgeable. Hours work great with my busy schedule & they are even open 7 days a week! Couldn't recommend them more!

    I've been going to JCPenny for a while now. My barber is Ana. She does a really good job with cutting my hair. Ana knows exactly what to do. She nice, kind, caring, and funny. She does new techniques to my hair, but she still does a really good job! Ana and her employees do a great job! They're very nice people. I recommend JCPenny!

    Walked in 20 minutes before 6 on a Sunday and 2 ladies refused to cut my 5 year old granddaughters hair. Guess ya'll don't like money and discriminate against children. SMH

    Absolutely the worst experience I ever had in a salon. Ill not say names, the entire experience was horrid. I had a legit appointment made on the same day. My stylist was late from break, rushed me through with an “express “ service. I arrived with clean hair, but she cut it dry! No consultation questions, the cut wasnt even close to the picture I showed her of a simple below the chin lightly layerd Bob. I ended up with tears, an ear length uneven cut that is so short and could not make it look decent . The salon employees were cold and the entire experience was negative. I received a discount at the end however when I asked why a discount she said it was because she could tell i wasnt happy. NOT Happy?? At least ask how it could be fixed, maybe how it could be made into a positive experience.
