I went back in after crying in my car because it looked so bad and talked to a different lady and she was being completely rude to me and looked at me like I was crazy because I was freaking out at how bad it looked. The gaslighting is crazy and I will be fighting with my bank for a refund. It’s not hard to be kind, especially when you’re at fault. I had to go to a completely different hair salon to get it a little bit fixed and I’m still chopped up. Literally, the right side is above my eyebrow, and my left side is cut almost under my eyebrow. Do not come here or spend the extra money and go to a salon
