I visited a couple of weeks ago for a haircut, and the stylist who attended to me performed a very poor job. My hair was not cut properly and the overall service was unsatisfactory. I had to travel out of state shortly after my visit. Upon my return, I went back to the salon to request that they fix the cut. However, the staff denied my request, stating that too much time had passed. I am extremely disappointed that the salon would not correct an error that was clearly their fault. Not only was there no apology, but there was also no offer of a refund. A business's reputation can be ruined by a single staff member who is not held accountable for their work. I believe that when a mistake is clearly evident, a refund should be provided, especially if the business is unwilling to fix the issue. I will not be returning to this location and cannot recommend it to others.
