So the top looks clean( which I didn't ask for) and sides and back looked like my 4 year old cut it. I got the same person last two times and I didn't think it could get worse than the 1st time. Worst haircut I have ever gotten and the second worst was 2 months ago. I guess it is my fault for going back. I won't ever go back there. Trimming the ends and cut 2 inches off uneven is not the same. If I wanted to go to a butcher, I would have picked some steaks. The other person in there could barely speak English. It would have taken 5 minutes to do what was asked. Instead, I'm paying 30 bucks for banged up mullet. Never again. This place sucks!

Starting with my husband, with notes from a prior cut 9 weeks ago, she still didn’t understand and butchered his hair. The lady named Romi thinned his hair from the scalp out, and did not fade in to make it look half way decent. My youngest got a hair cut from Missy, he has an undercut with length on top to put into a bun. With notes from 9 weeks ago the hair was not properly faded up an can clearly see where she went from 2-3… My middle son received his hair cut from Dalia, he also has a fade and it looked completely ridiculous. His colics are noticeable, and we spent years hiding them within the hair cuts. My daughter’s hair was thinned out at the bottom and left extremely thick around the scalp by Lisa. Our goal was to ultimate frizz and somehow she left with more than what we walked in with. Mind you three are children and I was charged adult prices for everyone. I am extremely upset with the service they provided all the way around and will never go back. Please refrain from wasting your money on these girls. The only one that is worth it and should really find a new chair to rent is Summer. She cut my hair phenomenally, and offered some education as to why my hair falls a certain way. Thank you Summer. We actually had to go to a different location to fix what was done, thanks girls. You rushed the process and were so happy to get a whole family done in 40 minutes, however you should have spent the time to provide decent cuts.
