This place "closes" at 5pm on Sundays. Doors are locked at 4:53. I could've gone to another location that wanted the business, but now there's not time.

Despite my son flopping in the chair, bucking upwards, covering his ears, blocking the clippers with his shoulder, amongst other things, she calmly and kindly continued through the service. She offered him a break when needed, and never seemed bothered in the slightest! Margarit was incredibly patient, understanding, and kind!! I cannot express my appreciation enough! 💙

- NKNick K.Aug 13, 20251.0I'll start by saying I've been going to great clips since early 2000's. Had a lot of stylists come and go. What had me coming back was the customer service. As of late the customer service - loyalty is now longer a thing. At this pacific location I bend to adhere to a particular stylus schedule. On more than one occasion I was told this stylist would be there and wasn't. I guess when you're the daughter of the manager you can adjust your schedule anyway you'd like. A suggestion is to stay away from this location and go to the sportclips down the way and get with the stylist named Kailey. One thing is for sure I will never walk into another great clips. FTS
