Let me tell you that Kathrtn was so amazing....actually listening to me and giving me suggestions for my thick long hair. I was so pleased with her and my cut. JC Penny salon and her clients are very lucky to have her as part of their team.

She did not use a comb at all other than combing my hair once in the beginning. She didn’t level my hair and the only tools she used were scissors. She didn’t part my hair to give me the layers I requested and she didn’t shape my hair correctly either. I had to point out that my hair was uneven in places so that she could fix it. My 5 year old could have done a better job.
