Will no longer frequent their stores or salons after the way they “handled” this disaster and clearly took advantage of a paying customer. **12/17 Update - found out the complaint I filed was closed out by the salon “no further action required”. Called corporate again to file another complaint**Update 12/12: Was contacted by the salon, worst customer service experienced. Proceeded to blame the client and claim the client was not telling the truth and offered absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. Was told the conversation was going nowhere. I agreed and said I would be contacting JCP corporate again the following day. ** They have no clue what bayalage is and left bleach on dark hair for over an hour. Completely ruined hair and charged over $300. Manager laughed on the phone after complaint was made and offered no solution to the worst experience ever.

She did not use a comb at all other than combing my hair once in the beginning. She didn’t level my hair and the only tools she used were scissors. She didn’t part my hair to give me the layers I requested and she didn’t shape my hair correctly either. I had to point out that my hair was uneven in places so that she could fix it. My 5 year old could have done a better job.
