Let me tell you that Kathrtn was so amazing....actually listening to me and giving me suggestions for my thick long hair. I was so pleased with her and my cut. JC Penny salon and her clients are very lucky to have her as part of their team.

And I’m ONLY still here because she was really looking forward to getting her hair silked.. After talking to the stylist we learned she was double booked.. I still give the salon itself 1 star but Audrey was very apologetic and was very friendly..
