I checked in online and it showed no wait. I arrived within ten minutes. There was a gentleman getting a cut which was fine. Normally there are multiple people working. There was one person. She didn't greet me, just a look. After 3 minutes she ask if I check in online and went back to her customer. Thinking she was the only one, this was fine. After she finished up. She then went to the back out a broom, sweep, went back to the room and got another person. I have now waiting all this time and there are other stylist who could have cut my hair?? HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Give it 30 days. Another batch will be there....
