I was second on a list of 5 or 6. As I sat there I kept noticing that the very rude barber was taking people from the bottom of the list? So I look on my app and it said 18 min? How could that be? I had left at 13 min drove 10 min and sat there for at least 10 min? When it came down to all the names under me disappeared and I'm still waiting I ask the rude barber why do they keep taking the people under me? She said because they came in as a group? She said look at your app? I know.. you kept taking people under me making me wait because they came in as a group? Really? So I asked to talk to the manager which she rudely told me shes at home. I asked her to call her. She said no! I asked for the name and number of the district manager. She gave me her name and refused to give me her number. So at this point I've seen enough. I haven't got very good service here for the last year. I let my hair grow out because I dread going there and taking a chance on getting a decent hair cut. Both of these women there cutting hair looked like they knew the people there and went around me because they were friends. So I got my phone out and realized that there was a cost cutters at Walmart. Couldn't be worse than this? Nothing could be worse than this! So I left.. I was so pleasantly surprised at cost cutters. Ashlee took me right in and gave me a real haircut. She was so professional and knew how to cut hair. She said I could make a appointment with her the next time I need a haircut.. imagine that.. no waiting on a app. Knowing that the stylist cutting your hair knows how to cut your hair because she did it before.. no beauty school drop-outs cutting all their friends hair while you wait for hours. After I got my stylist card I realized she was the manager.. imagine that. She actually works at the salon until they close... Ashlee was awesome. Don't ever go to great clips. Just across the parking lot is cost cutters. Way better hair cut. No waiting. You can make an appointment. No beauty school drop-outs with attitude. Thats the feeling I walked away with from great clips thinking. I felt it was a beauty school that you take a chance for cheap. You dont want them cutting your hair. Go to cost cutters. Ask for Ashlee. She is awesome.
