  Joey, assistant/shampoo, did a fabulous job on my previous visit. Professional & personable, very customer-service savvy. 👏👏 Most recent appt, Greeted by Carrie, who is always efficient & friendly. Yessy did a great color job as usual, & I appreciated her helping move up my cut appt as I was ahead of schedule. Blake did a great job too, & i appreciate him following up on my previous question about styling, etc. & also helping with timing of next appt.

  When I tell you I blind booked her after doing my hair myself for years… not only did she do an amazing job, she also gave me AMAZING service and advice. She was my own personal hype woman and made me laugh and left smiling. I did this to treat myself once but now I will be coming back. She KNOWS what she’s doing.

  I can’t say enough amazing things about my colorist Amber! From the moment I sat in the chair, I felt completely taken care of. Amber really listened to what I wanted, offered thoughtful suggestions, and brought my vision to life even better than I imagined.   For about a year, I’ve been getting my hair bleached every 10 weeks at this location and at first I was extremely happy because every time I would see a difference but the last couple times I’ve been getting charged for a color transformation instead of highlights and have been paying so much more than I should’ve been getting charged considering I was already blonde after the second session and I was still getting booked and scheduled for a color correction when like I said, I’ve already been blonde. I feel like I definitely lost out on so much money this past year because of that. So I took the liberty of going to a different hair salon and getting a full highlight to cut and blowout for 1/3 of the price I would normally be paying at this location if I was scheduled correctly I don’t think I would’ve been paying such an extreme amount, but my hairstylist always put me in as a color. Correction, I always do full foils on me and never did any partials so if there’s one thing I’ve learned from the past year of going here is to always make sure you’re not being scheduled for what you don’t need and to go to a different place Because I went to a different lol Salon and the woman didn’t even know what was going on with my hair because it was highlights upon highlights that looks like a bleaching and not highlights.
