  Their products are undoubtedly very good, but... my wife has had very bad experiences with women of color. They are far too exclusive regarding their own race! The service to Mexican women is terrible; you could even call it racist! The store and the brand are too good to have these kinds of employees. I could file a complaint, but we don't like to cause problems and we don't like wasting time on these kinds of situations! I respectfully suggest that you address this issue, as you could face significant problems regarding your customer service!

  0 stars if that was an option. The manager was white and rejected assisting me with an inquiry. She didn’t even apologize, I wouldn’t return to this Sephora. They couldn’t even manage their long line, that’s how you know this store is poorly run.

  Employees are a bunch of jerks at this location. I asked for help to this older white lady because I couldn't find 2 items and 2 other employees were just standing right next to her, and her response was I cannot help you shop. That is ridicoulous. I do uber deliveries and I've been to other locations and employees help you because at the end of the day its business for the company. But this ladys attitude was just insane. I will never accept any more orders from this location.

  Went in there to exchange a product, no one greeted me when I walked in. I was like the only customer at the time and when I asked for help, the two ladies I asked were both so rude and dismissive. So I just walked out. Bad experience.
