  I gave it 3 stars because my massage was great. I just was rushed at the end because she had a 10 year client waiting so skipped my head massage which I was actually looking forward to, I was kind of disappointed in that. Overall, the experience was relaxing, and I like their quiet area where you can enjoy a cup of hot tea or a glass of cold water.

  I now have bald spots on my head from heat damage I got from Tegan during my blowout. It was very painful while she was blow-drying my hair; she tied it very tightly, and I had to ask her to lower the temperature because of the pain. I have more bald spots than this photo shows, as moving the hair and tieing it back will further damage the hair and prevent/delay regrowth. The entire left side of my hair/head, where the pain was during the blow-dry, is much thinner than the right side (no pain or damage on the right side). The damage I received from Tegan is hopefully only temporary. Still, besides the physical damage, I am now mentally damaged, so going to a salon will hurt me. This type of damage is something you expect from an unlicensed hairstylist, not Mario Trichchi, a well-known studio that claims to have the best stylists. Disturbing.

  Just by chance I made a haircut appointment with Marissa. Ten years later she not only continues to cut my hair, but my daughter and many friends and family. I completely recommend her - she is always on time and super efficient. She is an expert when it comes to hair and has done multiple up dos for me as well. Trust is important when it comes to hair - and I completely trust Marissa - she’s fabulous!

  Sherrie, my Nail Tech - or should I say NAIL EXPERT EXTRAORDINAIRE - has been focused on making my nails healthy, as well as looking spectacular. I can't praise her enough on her talent, as well as focus on her client's satisfaction to any nail concern (breakage, splitting, weakness, etc.). Every opportunity I have, I recommend TRICOCI in Orland Park for a Full Service Salon and Sherrie as their TOP NAIL TECH !!!

  I received a gift card for this salon and decided to give the Orland Park location a try. I booked 3 services which they then scheduled based on the timing of each one. I arrived early for my first service with Delaney and she was PHENOMENAL. I was even considering getting the package of facials I was informed about when I first arrived. But after that things started to go downhill. My manicurist was running behind so she got to me a little late but I didn’t mind. Until the receptionist comes up to her asking “where did your last appt go? She’s supposed to be getting a scalp treatment.” Well I was that “last appt” and I didn’t even have nail polish applied yet so the timing for these appts were not well planned. So she rushes to finish my nails and now my final service— a scalp treatment is also being significantly rushed. So much so that half way through the receptionist comes to interrupt and ask how much longer this will take because the next client’s appt was coming up. This causes my stylist to look at me and ask “did you want your hair dried” which confuses me because after paying a good amount of money why would I then want to walk out with soaking wet hair in January so I answered “yes please”. So after going through the remaining steps of my treatment I head to the desk to check out. Mind you, I was originally informed of a facial package that was available but the receptionist I was now speaking to made no mention of it or even asked how any of my treatments went and then on top of that I was charged and additional amount for a blowout —which I didn’t ask for. I thought this was strange considering the cost of the scalp treatment and sure enough when I looked on their website again, the description for the scalp treatment includes “a quick blow dry”. Needless to say this was far from an enjoyable experience and as a new mom I’m quite careful with how I choose to spend my time away from my baby so I don’t plan on returning.
