  Almost all the employees are so rude for no reason. They’re CONSTANTLY bombarding you and then as soon as you ask a question, they act like it’s the most difficult task as if they don’t work to help customers.

  I was there today doing my return as she returned everything another go worker told her something thru the ear piece n the other cashier said I can’t return these two items because ……… n I’m waiting for a explanation and she didn’t have one so like what’s the problem if I had the receipt my card and was paid for from my money not there’s I hate going into that Sephora because of those two certain workers like they make u fell like u did something wrong I am a hard worker using my money and I have a right to make a return they were like racial profiling me they are disgusting like don’t do that (they are the two African American ladies that are not even managers )

  Very rude employees. I’ve worked retail before so I try to not complain. It was closing and they only had 2 people working. I can empathize with that. I work nonstop and am finally going on vacation so I needed my concealer I use the Sephora collection glow stick but couldn’t remember what color because I will be tan. So I waited patiently for the lady who was on the floor in the next aisle she did not even acknowledge me or look my direction to say I will help you shortly etc. which is fine. I guessed which one I thought it was and went to the register as the line was only one person, I asked the lady at the register to just please confirm that’s the right color after she typed my number I. Because it’s the same one I use when I go out of town. She took a deep breath sighed and rushed my cell phone number. I waited patiently. She then says it’s the right color I grabbed. And asked why I don’t have the app. I’m like oh I didn’t know it could show up on my end I never had the app. She’s like yea that’s why you supposed to have the app because I’m not supposed to be doing this I’m supposed to be checking people out and proceeds to point to the line that formed behind me. Very rude and off putting. It took 2 secs for her to verify the color that I had anyway… if you are overwhelmed and can’t work closing hours maybe you shouldn’t work customer service period… not a friendly environment whatsoever. All walks of life come into Sephora for assistance and beauty needs 24/7 it was 6pm you all close at 8. It should have never been a hassle for me to get a color verified. I didn’t need a color match or any thing extraordinary if I wasn’t going out of town I wouldn’t have given this store my money or time. You never know what someone is going through and again, everyone comes here and escapes the realities of what they’re facing. Whether it’s to get lost in the art of makeup, or feminine self care products, Sephora is a place for many of us to find items to celebrate ourselves and unfortunately this store is the opposite of that and I will never return back.
