I called to ask if someone could let him get it and they said no, they need a barcode. Okay policy, I get it. I asked if there’s any way they could pull the product for him to repurchase- they told me they’re too busy. Okay fair, I get it. I asked if they could TELL HIM WHICH PRODUCTS TO GRAB (2 ITEMS) and they said no. I asked if they could let him use their phone, they said there’s nothing they could do. (An insane statement when there are quite literally several things they CAN DO.) The absolute worst. We live an hour away and have 2 small children, it’s 4 days before Christmas. I miss when people cared a little bit about other people.

I went back home and decide to open it; then I see they gave me the WRONG ITEM! - I asked for a bronzer and they gave me a highlighter. (First of all that tells a lot about the store organization, they had everything upside down). I go back to the store to return the item and get the new one but oh surprise… The lady named HEATHER (who said she was the manager but I doubt it because she is really incompetent and lacks of customer service) tells me I have lost my insider points used on the last purchase which I repeat was their workers mistake, not mine. Her only words were “you used your points already” “there’s no anything I can do about it” “why you didn’t check the item before leaving the store?” EXCUSE MEEEE???? So do I need to make sure your workers do their job right? This is not professional at all, I am really disappointed with the lack of empathy and skills of solving problems as a “manager” definitely the worst experience I ever had at Sephora. I hope that I am wrong, but I feel like I was racially profiled by one of your staff members. It does not make me feel good about continuing to support Sephora. At the end, the lady above HEATHER; named Lupe helped me and she was so nice, she gave me a solution and helped me a lot!
