- DLDevin LoveJul 3, 20251.0I usually walk away and let things go but that’s the second time I’ve been in the store and the “manager” was very unprofessional with me. I’m not sure if it was the manager or she was just saying that to pull rank in the store. The first time she was rude to me was a few months ago and I was VERY pregnant and she asked me at least 5 times if I was who I said I was and still didn’t believe me and gave me a warning. I don’t who she thinks she is to hassle a pregnant woman the way she did and give me such a hard time. This time I came in and she was closing in 5 mins and I apologized and said I need 1 thing it literally took me 30 seconds to grab it and go to the counter she asked for my name then she looked at me and asked for my ID, I have never been asked for my ID before and of course I left it at home. She said sorry new policy no ID no product and I said I’ve never been asked before she said sorry can’t help you in a very rude sarcastic way. Then proceeds to lecture me about not having a form of ID on me and I again apologized then she rushes me out the door and said we’re closed. I go to my car and find a piece of mail with my name on it and I walk back to show her since she said I needed to show something with my name on it and she looked at me and sorry we’re closed now in a very rude tone. I’m not sure if she’s on a power trip or just on her high horse but I’ve never been talk to that way in professional setting.

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
