She dont even check on receipts which one that I want to return. Automatically pick the one with less discount. Keep telling her that make sure the total is match. Surely she make the mistake, and refuse to refund me the different or just give me back the item. Now I have to call customer service for the mistake that I didn't do. Or maybe my mistake is return stuff at this location. Never again

Please be aware before you enter this store that you may not receive the customer service you desire. Some of the girls are young, rude, ignorant, and downright unfriendly. Jordan from this location is one of them. Do yourself a favor, online shopping or trying a different MAC store (even the Mac store inside Macy's) might be a good alternative if you're looking for better service.
