- JJJasminApr 4, 20261.0Place discriminates. Took a day off of work to shop and spend money and not one time did anyone ask to help me. Which is okay but as soon as someone not of color walks into the store all three employees walked up to them to ask them how they could help them.. I didn’t get that same energy and it took me 20 minutes to find 1 product. When I finally asked for help the worker seemed annoyed until she realized I was looking at a $120 perfume, she made sure I knew her name so she would get credit at the register.do better Sephora

- LBlori brownJan 3, 20261.0Please avoid this store. First you have to deal with the paying for parking situation, which is horrible. The parking lot is entirely too small. Then you walk into the store and the employees are absolutely rude. They act like you personally called their phone when you ask a question. I was not even here shopping for myself, I was doing an Uber order and the store literally had nothing in stock. To add there was a heavyset, Hispanic woman who had a terrible attitude when asked where the perfume sets were displayed. She merely pointed a finger, never even looked up from what she was doing. When I personally go shopping, it WILL NOT be at this store, but to the one in Kohl’s in Elmhurst. Do better
