- KKkelly kolodziejczakMar 30, 20261.0So I normally do not leave bad reviews however this was probably hands-down the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten she not only butchered my hair. She also does not know how to use the clippers properly. I kept moving because she kept jabbing it into my head. She didn’t even put the cape correctly Causing her to go down my whole body she didn’t even wet my hair as she was digging her comment into it and at that point, I said you know what that’s fine Knowing that I have product in my hair. She felt it was more important for her to get through my haircut than it was to properly do it. Not only is the top of my hair way too short and way shorter than I wanted it. She was so busy chopping through it she did it I very disappointed because yeah I’m not rude. And yes, I did leave her a tip. However, management needs to do a better job of training their staff and the other girls saying that my hair looks great when it doesn’t wasn’t helping no I did not make a scene because there are other people there however I will be contacting corporate again, even though you guys are franchised out that shouldn’t be going on taking somebody’s money and not doing the correct haircut is disgusting and bad for service

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
