Just thin it out and trim the side burns. The lady was ruin calling him up and only took her a maximum of 5 mins to do his hair. His sideburns were uneven. Then it was my turn. I showed the lady what kind of haircut I wanted. A wolf mullet with an undercut. She said she couldn't do it and that someone will do it. So I sat un someone else's chair. She seemed to be on her lunch. I apologize for interrupting and she didnt say anything. Then I proceeded to tell her what I wanted and she cut me off and said one thing at a time with an attitude. I changed my mind and didnt get a haircut. I paid for my husband's hair cut and left. We had to drive all the way to orland great clips where we received amazing service. Ill make sure ill never go back to the oak forest location. The saddest part is we used to go there all the time. It has really gone down hill. I really cant justify a 22 dollar haircut for 5 mins of work and rude customer service.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
