  The first time I went into this store I was immediately overwhelmed. I went in on a Monday and the store was just insanely busy. I only browsed around, but with the store’s layout it just felt so cramped in there. I give major props to the staff who works there because they all seemed to have everything under control while still maintaining organization during such a busy time during their business hours. I just hope that the employees are given better working conditions in the future.

  I visited the store today to restock my Rare Beauty foundation, but it was unfortunately out of stock. I was assisted by Joanna, who provided exceptional service!! She kindly helped me find alternatives by matching my tone with several other brands. After trying two options, we decided that Fenty was the best fit. Even though it was close to closing time (around 7:20, with the store closing at 8), Joanna was incredibly patient, attentive, and genuine in her advice. She took the time to answer all my questions and gave honest recommendations about the best shade for me. We even walked to front of the store where the mirrors are to make sure the tone was perfect. I truly appreciate her professionalism and kindness. Joanna made the whole experience enjoyable. I highly recommend her and will definitely return for my summer shade, hoping to have her assist me again.10/10!!!

  i went here a couple days ago to use a gift card that a family member got me. i didn’t know where to start, so nicole helped me out and she was super helpful and friendly!!! i had so many questions because i wanted to find the perfect products, but she answered every one of them and was super detailed. she did also shade match me and helped me find my perfect shade for concealer!!! she was also very thoughtful about sanitation and informed me about it every time she used a brush for the concealer. honestly service was really good!! :)

  I had a really disappointing experience at Sephora today. I went to grab a tissue from the counter by the "studio" (not interrupting anyone or coming between them), and the “artist” loudly told me multiple times that I couldn’t take a tissue and needed to go to another station. It was so loud that people around us started staring. The associate helping me looked embarrassed. As someone who always shops at Ulta, I was only there because they don’t carry Dior Backstage. Unfortunately, this experience made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Definitely not the level of service I expected.
