This was my first non lobe piercing and I was nervous. She was so reassuring. It barely hurt! My daughter had her fourths done at the same time and she had an equally easy time with it. We will be going back there for future piercings!

Prior to my appointment, I made two phone calls and left two voicemails, none of which were returned. Despite this lack of response, I drove nearly 40 minutes with my infant to attend the scheduled time, only to find the appointment could not proceed as expected. It is frustrating to have spent significant time and effort traveling under these circumstances. I hope you will take this feedback into account to improve your responsiveness and service for future clients.

After getting no response, we ended up driving 45 minutes there, only to be told they could proceed if our child was not vaccinated. This was a complete waste of time.
