  Will not be returning here. I thought this place would be a true spa since they were affiliated with Nordstrom and seemed to offer a lot of amenities, I couldn’t have been more wrong. It was basically an old converted storage closet for the department store and my mani pedi took place in the equivalent of a hospital room guest chair in a small closet. The “ambiance” and atmosphere was not relaxing and more equivalent to a dentist visit. The woman doing my nails was running a few minute late which wasn’t a big deal but the appointment took forever, running 45 minutes over scheduled time which meant I needed to leave before my finger nails could dry. The people for the appointment after me showed up and she hadn’t finished doing one hand or started doing the other which she then had to rush to get done. The woman doing my nails was friendly enough for the three hours I was there but made an off color comment about Juneteenth which turned me off from the start. Also, don’t expect much of a nail polish color selection. Do not recommend.

  I received a facial with someone other than Pari... big mistake. She lied by saying I reacted to facial because I didn't inform her of my routine..which i did. The message was rushed, sloppy, and a bit aggressive. Later, the lady at the front desk (with a really short haircut) completly cut me off when i was talking to someone else. After taking my credit card, she automatically "suggested" I leave a 20% tip.. didn't leave it up to me. Not even a single apology.
