I had been struggling with dry patches on my face due to starting tretinoin, and Jack knew exactly how to help me by suggesting a serum that has become a non-negotiable item in my skin care routine. He also found a perfect foundation match for my wedding day. Since I did my makeup myself on my wedding day, I was nervous, but Jack steered me in the right direction with his product recommendations, and I cannot be more grateful! My makeup turned out amazing! He was such a pleasure to have as an associate and made me feel so welcome and comfortable.

I usually don’t shop for makeup so I was visibly lost when I walked in and Natasha quickly greeted me and helped me locate the spray. I rarely wear makeup and have always been scared to ask for help but something about her was so inviting and I asked her to help me elevate my makeup. She recommended me all her favorites and helped me pick the perfect matches for me. She even helped show me placement for all the products! It was close to closing but she did not rush our interaction. I left with so many goodies that I can’t wait to try! I used to work in retail and have seen how rare these interactions have become in customer service. Natasha really went above and beyond for me and showed the true meaning of customer service and like my makeup she helped elevate my customer experience. She truly has a welcoming presence and is amazing!
