However, be aware that the "complimentary" follow-up perks like ear checks and jewelry changes are very difficult to actually use. We were turned away mid-afternoon for a jewelry change my daughter had been counting down to for three weeks. Customer service made it clear that they prioritize new piercing appointments over returning clients. Go for the quality medical piercing, but don't count on the advertised follow-up benefits.

This was extremely unprofessional and surprising from Rowan, as I’ve always known them for good customer service and efficient time management. I left very disappointed with this location’s service. I believe the employee’s name was Patricia.

And I said how if there were no slots ? Maybe Rowan should take down walk-ins welcome because that is not true. I will never go to Rowan for anything ever again nor will I ever recommend it. I went home and changed my earring myself.

Susan is committed to making sure you are happy with your piercings. Nurse Mac was super helpful in helping me navigate what I wanted and is very patient! Mac is a truly caring nurse. Nurse Patricia is a pro piercer- she was calm and artistic. Will be back! Already made a website purchase as well due to their quality.
