I was very nervous to bring my daughter in to get her ears pierced, but walking into Rowan Izzy immediately made the atmosphere feel very welcoming and comforting. She was VERY detailed about how things would go, and was very gentle with my daughter. 10/10 experience, if you ever go to Rowan for service, I highly recommend you book with Izzy!

I worked with Kyle, a registered nurse, who was very helpful at explaining the process and how to care for my ears for the next few weeks. This is a very professional setting and I highly recommend working with Kyle if you come to the Oak Brook facility. It is a few storefronts down from Nordstrom’s.

I learned a lot from Kerry and she answered any questions I had. If you get the chance to go to Rowan ask for Kerry, she’ll be such a big help!!!

The girl working there acted like I was bothering her for breathing the same air. This is not how you treat anyone — I was super nice and genuinely planning to schedule an appointment, but now I completely understand why the 1-star reviews here seem to be legit. If this is how they treat potential customers, I can only imagine how they handle actual ones. Completely ridiculous experience.
