His presence and customer service is very calming, friendly and caring! He’s also very detail at explaining everything. I would recommend a million times to go see Kyle and allow him to service you for your piercings. Thanks Kyle, you’re the BEST!

However, be aware that the "complimentary" follow-up perks like ear checks and jewelry changes are very difficult to actually use. We were turned away mid-afternoon for a jewelry change my daughter had been counting down to for three weeks. Customer service made it clear that they prioritize new piercing appointments over returning clients. Go for the quality medical piercing, but don't count on the advertised follow-up benefits.

This was extremely unprofessional and surprising from Rowan, as I’ve always known them for good customer service and efficient time management. I left very disappointed with this location’s service. I believe the employee’s name was Patricia.
