    Lilly was exceptional! Such a kind energy and so helpful in terms of finding products that suit in my hair type and scent preferences. She gave me curated samples that I can’t wait to try. Hope to see her next time and one day see her picture on the back of the products lol :)

    I just want to take a moment to recognize and appreciate the team of employees at Lush Oakbrook IL. Lush Oakbrook hosted a Supermilk Social on January 17, 2026 to celebrate the launch of their product. I brought my parents along with me (their first time ever at a LUSH) to the event. The Supermilk Social was a big hit, and it was super fun to create bath bombs, and the coffee bar was amazing and the drinks were so good (Lush, please sell your coffee beans! I was told they're made in-house.) At the hair consultation station, Sam sat me down and listened to my hair concerns and recommended products and routines and gave very generous samples to my mother and me! Sam even described the chemistry of each product and was very knowledgeable. At the same time, my dad was getting an arm massage, and the female employee there (I was not able to catch her name unfortunately) gave him samples to help with his skin. My dad ended up loving the Coconut Body butter as it helped heal his skin! (He later bought a full size, and also the Renee's Shea Soufflé which helped his hair and scalp!) Terry was also another extremely helpful employee who listened to my needs and gave super generous samples for me to try out on my vacation! All of the recommendations were on point, and she was very sweet and positive. Fernanda was another employee who was super knowledgeable and able to explain the history of Lush and its association with The Body Shop to us. Overall, my parents and I felt very welcomed here and thoroughly enjoyed our experience and anticipate coming here again! Lush Corporate please recognize this amazing location and staff and give them the awards and recognition they deserve!!!

    I am a long time Lushee And out of all the stores around the world that I’ve been to this is the best one so far. The employees are so incredibly attentive and knowledgeable. I had the best experience this morning. They really took the time to show me the products and explain everything to me ,Julia is amazing!!! I’m not sure what the other girls’s name was but she had glasses and curly hair and she was just a ray of sunshine. I normally don’t leave Google reviews, but I felt everyone should know how great the team is. It made me enjoy spending my money here xoxo Sarah
