  I can not express enough how wonderful the young lady by the name of Tay is! I shop for fragrance a lot in the Oakbrook area but she is hands down the most knowledgeable sales associate I’ve ever worked with in the past decade of fragrance collecting. I stopped by for their grand opening 2 years ago and she helped me pick out my first Byredo fragrance Young Rose. I recently came to buy a birthday gift for my husband and she remembered exactly what he liked last time from the grand opening down to the exact notes which was so heart warming to me. If you’re ever on the hunt for a new fragrance, please support Tay by asking for her when you stop into the store. I promise her attentiveness and passion will have you leaving with something! 🙂

  they didn't offer samples (or if they do, I wasn't offered any) and also do not allow returns which is kind of stingy imo. takes me more than a day to see if i want to commit to a perfume. but they were professional and you could still test the perfumes, so cant ding them just for stinginess

Her knowledge of their perfumes and skincare products was impressive, and she took the time to understand my preferences before offering thoughtful recommendations. Grace’s patience truly stood out, she never rushed me, even as I sampled multiple fragrances and asked plenty of questions. Her enthusiasm for the brand and genuine desire to help made the process enjoyable. Thanks to her, I left with a stunning new perfume and luxurious skin cream that surprised my wife for her birthday.. The store itself has an amazing selection on display to sample, and Grace’s exceptional service made the visit even better.   Made the trek from the city. Vibes were off in the store. Asked if they had the sweet grass candle in stock since I love the scent. The SA said something along the lines that they don’t make a sweet grass scent. Real bummer of a store compared to the other byredo stores I’ve been to in Los Angeles.
