  I can not express enough how wonderful the young lady by the name of Tay is! I shop for fragrance a lot in the Oakbrook area but she is hands down the most knowledgeable sales associate I’ve ever worked with in the past decade of fragrance collecting. I stopped by for their grand opening 2 years ago and she helped me pick out my first Byredo fragrance Young Rose. I recently came to buy a birthday gift for my husband and she remembered exactly what he liked last time from the grand opening down to the exact notes which was so heart warming to me. If you’re ever on the hunt for a new fragrance, please support Tay by asking for her when you stop into the store. I promise her attentiveness and passion will have you leaving with something! 🙂

  Made the trek from the city. Vibes were off in the store. Asked if they had the sweet grass candle in stock since I love the scent. The SA said something along the lines that they don’t make a sweet grass scent. Real bummer of a store compared to the other byredo stores I’ve been to in Los Angeles.

  It is not a friendly place; the clerk and the Saturday assistant manager are both incompetent, unpleasant, and rude. I will be surprised if this approach and the name will survive to the end of the lease. I will never go to that store, and I will tell everybody and anybody about the deficient customer service and sales skills of the people. Byredo is a little-known brand, a very niche name, and these people treat customers like they have a line of people wrapped around a block. Fire those people, change your exchange policy, and you may survive at least to the end of your lease.

  Don't shop there. Place is the worse around the area.New store ,just opened at Oakbrook. If you change your mind and decide to return the item you can't get your money back cash or credit card just a store credit. They don't let you know their "policy" they expect you to read a little note by the register. Doesn't matter if the box is closed or if you come back next day. No wonder store is empty. I think small store crazy policies.
