  they didn't offer samples (or if they do, I wasn't offered any) and also do not allow returns which is kind of stingy imo. takes me more than a day to see if i want to commit to a perfume. but they were professional and you could still test the perfumes, so cant ding them just for stinginess

Her knowledge of their perfumes and skincare products was impressive, and she took the time to understand my preferences before offering thoughtful recommendations. Grace’s patience truly stood out, she never rushed me, even as I sampled multiple fragrances and asked plenty of questions. Her enthusiasm for the brand and genuine desire to help made the process enjoyable. Thanks to her, I left with a stunning new perfume and luxurious skin cream that surprised my wife for her birthday..   Would definitely avoid this brand! Purchased some products here and it caused a bad reaction on my skin …brought it back in the next day and they would not take it back! Not even for a store credit. The woman that was working today at this time was also one of the rudest sales people I think Ive ever interacted with at Oak Brook! Will definitely be avoiding this brand.

  Customer service at the store is the worst.Return policy was not disclosed at all at the time of purchase.. Tried to return an unopened item after 1 day and the person said the policy is in the receipt and I should have read it..Really?? Do your self a favor and buy at Nieman next door ,they carry the same brand .

  They don’t accept return once opened! And they refused to admit they changed the formula! Emailed called very strictly saying they can’t accept return! Don’t buy! And also I will delete all the positive post on my social media. Just hate their customer service overall.
