- ABAlex BuraAug 17, 20251.0The Butcher of Northbrook! Stay Away! I’ve been coming here since I was a kid. This new staff does not speak English very well. And Rushes you through a twenty two dollar haircut! The other lady was very nice. She's friendly and speaks english well. The person I got was not very friendly at all. I told the stylist to do a one on the side and then i want to see how much to take off the top. She mauls me with her clippers like someone rushing through her work. The power cord from her clipper machine hit my face multiple times. She never bothered to clear the hair on my face with a brush. She finishes. I tell her to take just 1 inch of the top. Just a little bit and so it matches. I take off my glasses and by the time I realize it's too late. She took off atleast half of my hair. I told her you took too much off. And she gets mad and tells me Its my fault for asking for a 1 on the sides and that she was just following the line. Then she tells me shes been doing this for twenty five years. I told her: If you have to take off more you have to talk to me first! I am not a hairstylist! Shes been doing it for this for twenty five years and she doesnt know how to do a separated undercut. And the worst part she just decided that what i wanted was too hard so she just gave me a hair cut she knows how to do. I’m thirty five years old this is the worst haircut of my life.
