  Poor service. Not for the first time. Cannot allow someone who is hours late to just go next when he’s been removed and others waiting. One stylist on duty. Then gives rushed poor haircut

  The Butcher of Northbrook! Stay Away! I’ve been coming here since I was a kid. This new staff does not speak English very well. And Rushes you through a twenty two dollar haircut! The other lady was very nice. She's friendly and speaks english well. The person I got was not very friendly at all. I told the stylist to do a one on the side and then i want to see how much to take off the top. She mauls me with her clippers like someone rushing through her work. The power cord from her clipper machine hit my face multiple times. She never bothered to clear the hair on my face with a brush. She finishes. I tell her to take just 1 inch of the top. Just a little bit and so it matches. I take off my glasses and by the time I realize it's too late. She took off atleast half of my hair. I told her you took too much off. And she gets mad and tells me Its my fault for asking for a 1 on the sides and that she was just following the line. Then she tells me shes been doing this for twenty five years. I told her: If you have to take off more you have to talk to me first! I am not a hairstylist! Shes been doing it for this for twenty five years and she doesnt know how to do a separated undercut. And the worst part she just decided that what i wanted was too hard so she just gave me a hair cut she knows how to do. I’m thirty five years old this is the worst haircut of my life.

  Took my daughter and I to get hair cuts. The stylist was very rude. She rushed through our hair cuts (10 mins or less each) and cut it dry (both of our hairs). My daughter requested the length right above her shoulders she got it her length right below the ear, the lengths are all uneven some are longer and some shorter, and requested bangs but got curtain bangs instead. My hair cut was supposed to be shoulder length but I got it half way to my neck, my cuts are uneven, and I wanted bangs as well but got curtain bangs. I just wanted to get out with my daughter. I’m now having a friend try to fix our hairs. Never coming back to this location! Horrible service!

  If I could give this a negative or minus-star, I would. A terrible place. I don't know the so-called "stylist's" name, but she had long red hair. All I wanted was her to even out my hair...I have very curly short hair and it is hard to cut right, so I asked her if she could cut curly hair. No problem, she said. WRONG! I came out with a totally uneven, chopped up head of hair, cut practically so short on the crown that I had several bald spots. Granted, my hair is getting thinner up there, but most stylists can keep the hair long enough and follow your hair's natural colic's and growth pattern to avoid EMPHASIZING thinning and so on to manage fine. She was an unmitigated DISASTER, with no business cutting hair! She didn't even know the basics, had NO clue how to keep a scissor cut even by cutting the hair properly in sections. It will take weeks for this to grow out, and I may have to get some sort of Toppix or something to cover the amazing bald spots she left....I was almost in tears, but mainly I'm furious. I should have jumped out of the chair, but had my glasses off, so it was hard to see what she was up to. DON'T GO THERE if you expect anything more than a buzzed razor cut!! Buyer beware!!!
