I was at this location on Saturday,October 11, 2025. This is my 4th time coming into this location and I will not be coming back. Every time I come to this location the associates are in side conversations about their schedules, their past, present, and future lives. I get it, you have someone to relate to. When you ask a question they rush you, just so they can get back their important conversations. However, you are there to do a job, not to socialize.
On this particular day 4 of the associates have congregated at the register, again discussing their past, present, and future lives. A customer walks in and ask for a particular perfume. One of them yells out its on the wall over there. Mind you know one goes over to assist the customer. The customer walks over to the wall then asks, " Can i get some assistance?" One of the associates Brianna makes a catty sound, and perceives the customers tone as being rude. Brianna then proceeds to say," Grinch". Everyone in the store heard it and the customer ask did you just call me a Grinch? Brianna replies, no she was speaking to another associate. We know this was not true, we've played that game before. Then asks the customer do you have a problem with me? The customer asks for the manager who happens to be already standing at the register. The manager goes over to the customer.
In a situation as this the associate was rude and took it personal. Everything is not about you, and that is the worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. To be disrespectful and going tit for tat. I say that because as I was checking out Brianna continued to talk about the customer, and her colleague was telling her stop and let it go.
