I honestly can’t tell whether the stylists are properly trained or just inexperienced, but the outcome was extremely disappointing. My stylist was Tina. After the fact, I noticed she has several similar negative reviews — it seems like this level of poor quality is consistent this happened before with same stylist. Please train her or hire a better stylist.
