  I had a prenatal massage with Emma and it was amazing! I’ve seen several massage therapists there but she was by far my favorite. She used a perfect amount of pressure and she even checked in throughout the service. I felt so relaxed I could have fallen asleep which is saying a lot bc I came in very anxious! Absolutely will be back thanks to Emma.

  I’ve debated reviewing but have decided that I shouldn’t gatekeep bc they deserve all of the praise! Marilyn is incredible. Massages during pregnancy and now postpartum have been amazing- she gives the best pressure, her massage flow makes sense and is so relaxing, she is just great at what she does and is a true asset to the NOW. After a few just ok experiences previously, I’m glad I have the NOW another try and found a massage therapist that understands my needs and is so talented. Thank you, Marilyn!

  Jennifer is the masseuse to pick if you’re doing a prenatal massage! She made the experience extremely comfortable for me, and stretched my body to help with my back pain. I can be specific with my concerns or very general, and she does such a good job monitoring them and making me feel extremely relaxed when my body is so tense. I’ll be continuing to go to her even after I’ve given birth, if I can! I have the membership and have been looking for the right masseuse for me, and I’ve found her!

  I got the 50 minute deep tissue massage from Yan and she was great. She applied the perfect amount of pressure and checked in a few times during the session to make sure everything felt right. The space itself was clean and nicely set up. The only downside for me was the air purifier running right next to the massage table. I am not sure if they run one in all of the rooms or just in the one i was assigned, but it was fairly loud and overpowered the spa music they had playing, which took away from the overall ambiance. The initial consultation process could also be improved. Customers are brought into a small shared room to discuss problem areas and expectations, and when I arrived, another pair was already mid conversation. With voices to be kept low, it was hard for me to hear and a bit uncomfortable discussing personal pain points in front of others. Staggering intake by a few minutes so each masseuse meets privately with their client could help, in my opinion.

  I received this experience as a gift, and I’m glad I did. Some massages I had in the past left me feeling sore and more tense afterward. That was not my experience here. After my massage with Marcus, I felt completely renewed and my stress levels had drastically decreased. I actually didn’t realize just how stressed I was until after this experience. He was very precise in using just the right amount of pressure. It was nice to actually zone out and not think about anything. It had been a while since my last massage, but this one is definitely up there on the list of the best I’ve had. The best part; I didn’t have to spend hundreds of dollars on a subpar spa experience to feel good. Their prices are very reasonable, and the location is perfect. I’ve passed it many times. I had no clue this gem was right in the middle of Downtown Naperville. Overall it was a great experience from when I walked through the door to the moment I left. My first time at The Now was pretty amazing and it likely won’t be my last.
