She gave me great info on some products Id asked about, and even signed me up for their Beauty Insider rewards program. Offered a sample of an item I am thinking about, which was SUCH a great service. And, Tricia even offered to give me my free rewards birthday gift even tho my birthday was a few months back. How nice was that!? Before I left, I told a few of her coworkers how impressed I was with their store, with Tricia, and with how chill and non pushy all of them were. What a great impression for a new customer. I'll definitely visit again. What a kind helpful bunch of really sweet ladies. Why go elsewhere! 🥰 The QR code on my receipt would not scan..not sure why. So I wont have a chance to win a gift card. 🥲 But I wont let that stop me from leaving a great review. THANK YOU ALL!

- PEPeg Watson EbertFeb 25, 20261.0I went in to the store. I was greeted by several clerks but want something from the Charlotte Tilbury line. A clerk was working the CT line. She was finishing up with a customer and said she’d be right with me. Then a young gal with 2 pups walked in and the clerk started working with her as I stood there. The clerk even said to me I could be her audience. After 15 minutes of her helping the other customer who clearly came in after me and had no appointment, I left. I am very disappointed in the service by this clerk. It was the day before my birthday too.

- SSSangeetaFeb 22, 20261.0terrible experience with gift card. i received a gift card from a friend on my birthday. at home, i checked on sephora.com, and it showed the gift card balance. the moment i took the same card to the store, it showed $0 in the store. the card has not physically gone away from my possesion between this time. calling customer service 2x was of no help. i dont trust the security aspects of sephora.com anymore.
