  Had me helix pierced there and had the best experience. The staff was lovely and the nurse Zach was so patient and great. The prices for the earrings are similar to online. If you are going during a weekend just be patient, you might have to wait a little.

  Took my daughter here for her piercing, Vanessa is extremely rude and NOT customer friendly, she was rude from when we walked in until we checked out acting like she was doing us a favor. I booked my self for tragus and didn’t have the audacity to say that no one was there to pierce tragus until after the fact. When checking out didn’t even say I had to pay for the aftercare and charged me and when I asked her to take it off she continued doing what she was doing without a response and I had to ask her more than once. Leslie the nurse was great, but I’m sorry this is supposed to be an exciting experience for young girls and if you’re welcomed rudely from the second you step in the door definelty not a good look. Infact a little girl who came in left scared with no piercing while we were there. Have had many piercings elsewhere and never experienced something like this. Dissapointed.

  I had a great experience. My sisters and I all got our ears pierced by Zach. He did a great job explaining everything to us and I would recommend this to anyone!

  Horrible. Two people standing around behind the counter. Asked them to look quickly at my daughter's ears they pierced over 7 months ago that are still not healed properly and for a post change for me. Told me first appt was in an hour and then another one in two hours. (A look at my daughter's ears would have taken 1 minute and my post change MAY have taken 5). We came in at 10:57am. NO one in there ther than 4 ladies with Rowan bags drinking coffee and chatting (clearly already finished with their transactions) Note - I could not even make an appt for a post change for the Naperville location online (only Oakbrook's). Indicates clearly walk-ins for post changes . We live 30 mins away from either location. Also, all piercings received from Rowan (4 piercings total across 3 people) ended with infection and challenges. Unacceptable. Will just find a tattoo parlor. They will be more professional.
