- KKKenApr 3, 20261.0Been coming here for years and wanted to get a haircut sort of last minute even tho I was literally 1 mile from the Oswego store because thats how I roll in terms of loyalty. I rushed here and arrived 16 minutes before closing to be asked if I checked in online and I told them I wasn't able to and the response was "thats because we are booked for the night" The screen where it would normally show those checked in with approximate wait time said 8 min wait. There was 1 stylist cutting a gentleman's hair and the other was finished and the customer was paying and the wait time went to 0 minutes wait. I told them that I rushed there as it said walk ins only and that I didn't want to go to Oswego because I always come here. I was turned away with no customers in the salon except the one that looked like was almost finished. This is what loyalty gets a customer now days I will just make the trip to a different salon from now on. I am a small business owner and would never turn a customer away when there is ample time to provide service.

She has the best customer service, greeting me right when I walked in and making sure I was completely satisfied with my hair. I will definitely come back! 10/10

If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
