It was just a bad energy and the only time she was talking to me was telling me to move and move and move and it was just really a bad experience. I’ve tried to help her put my towel on so I lift my hair that was long at that time. Go To hold it up and she says I’ve got it and pulls my hair down jet. It doesn’t matter how gentle it’s still aggravated me a lot. Also, she was using a brush that was too thin for my hair type and it was just hurting a lot and it was just bad experience overall She was practically pulling my hair when she was when she was cleaning it and it didn’t feel relaxing at all. It just felt so uncomfortable. I asked her to please just do a quick little trim sheet at the bottom and I really had a confidence because you’ve been here for so long. What’s the time when I find a great connection with the workers and it was and I always wanna go back today I just did not want to ever go back because of how bad it the experience was I really hope that they’re get to know of this because it was just a very terrible experience but the only reason why I added the extra star is because it’s been great overall and I love the service that they give and they allow you to bring in info pics she also asked me if I was wearing my bang out and I said yes and then she just said oh OK and then she proceeded to cut my bangs and that was just really bad and this is the haircut I was left with super unpleased yeah thank you

She truly listened to my concerns about my scalp and the style I wanted and she took her time with my hair to make sure it was done right even though a manager (I believe) was clearly trying to rush her and had another client on her mind when only half of my hair was finished. Courtney remained patient and professional throughout. Unfortunately the checkout experience is where things went downhill. While I was paying, the manager (again, I believe because she acted like one.) loudly shouted across the room that I should be charged differently and demanded that Courtney “cancel it.” Although I was charged exactly what was done and payment already processed. It was extremely unprofessional and rude especially in front of other clients.

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
